Before you order
Which animals can I order for?
One cat or dog. Please send clear, recent photographs showing the eyes, ears and fur pattern. Other animals and multi-pet groups are not offered in this launch.
Do we need a photo together?
No. The joint package uses 2–3 pet photos and two separate photos of the same adult owner. The generated interaction is fictional.
Can I use my own background?
Yes, optionally upload one setting reference that you have permission to use. It guides the composition rather than promising an exact copy.
Is this instant, and can I ask for a change?
After payment and receipt of usable photos, your order enters our production queue. We deliver as soon as your images are created and checked. Follow progress on your order page; we email you when ready. Timing depends on the queue and any adjustments needed. One adjustment request is included within 7 days of first delivery.
Is a physical print included?
No. All packages are digital. The birthday/holiday package also includes an A5 card and A4 print-layout PDF. For larger prints, check image resolution with your printer.
One cat or dog per order. Joint portraits include one adult only; no children or additional pets. AI can alter faces, paws and markings: check results before use. These are AI creations, not evidence of a real event. No physical prints or exact likeness guarantee.
Portrait privacy & terms
Your color-comparison photos still stay in your browser. Photos submitted in this portrait form are uploaded privately and processed using OpenAI. We do not publish your photos or use them in our advertising without separate permission. Unpaid uploads are deleted after 24 hours; if checkout has started, they are kept for up to 7 days to reconcile payment. Paid source and result files are deleted 30 days after first delivery. Unfinished paid orders are retained until resolved. Minimal payment and support records are kept separately. For deletion, cancellation, delivery problems or refund requests, email support@rendun.co. Requests are reviewed individually; your statutory rights remain unaffected. Checkout total: USD 7.90, one payment with no subscription or extra site charge. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
